I believe that all types of behavior, whether positive or negative, is a way in which people adjust to their past, present and future experiences. With attentive listening and the techniques used in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy, it can be easier for anyone to select the path they want to travel.
I also consider that art is an alternative mechanism of expression that can be useful and, for this reason, I propose writing, drawing, painting, dancing and singing as daily life activities.
