Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve been carrying difficult experiences on your own. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore what you’re going through at your own pace.
I’m a bilingual clinical psychologist working in English and Spanish, with a psychoanalytic and trauma-informed approach. I often work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and the emotional challenges of living between cultures.
Many of my clients are international or living abroad, and therapy can offer a place to think about the emotional challenges that sometimes come with living between cultures, feelings of displacement, or questions of identity and belonging.
I have experience working with relationship difficulties, grief and loss, trauma, narcissistic abuse, and the emotional challenges that can arise in parenthood and family life.
My approach is reflective and collaborative. Therapy can help you understand the emotional patterns that shape your life and develop a deeper sense of clarity about yourself and your relationships.
Reaching out for therapy can sometimes feel like a big step. If you feel that my approach might resonate with you, you are very welcome to get in touch.
