My work is grounded in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic theory, which means I'm interested in more than symptom relief. I want to understand what's really going on — the patterns, the history, the things that are hard to say out loud. Together, we create a space where nothing is off-limits.
That said, my style is not cold or distant. Sessions feel like a real conversation. I ask questions, I listen carefully, and I'm genuinely curious about your particular story — not a generic version of it.
I work mainly with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, identity questions, life transitions, and the specific challenges of living far from home. I'm comfortable working in English or Spanish, and I adapt to whatever language feels most natural for you.
Buenos Aires has one of the richest psychoanalytic traditions in the world — I trained within that tradition and bring it into my work every day, in a way that's accessible and grounded rather than abstract.
