I believe that every behavioural trait and 'personality traits' whether seen in one's life through stress, grief, addiction, depression or anxiety or even wellness have it's root in the unconscious acts of everyday life, when these traits get in the way of a comfortable life and you want it to change is when we take a moment to listen to ourselves with the help of an analyst.
