I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore your experiences, embrace diverse perspectives, and move toward personal growth and lasting change.
I am a Clinical Psychologist trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, with over 15 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care. My practice focuses on supporting individuals living with chronic health conditions, gender affirmation processes, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I work from a person-centred perspective, offering a safe and inclusive space for emotional well-being and growth.
I also offer online psychological counselling to a diverse international clientele, helping individuals navigate work-related stress, emotional challenges, depression, anxiety and life transitions. My approach is rooted in clinical expertise and guided by a strong commitment to equity, empathy, and culturally sensitive care.
Alongside my clinical work, I am also a researcher in the psychosocial aspects of health, including HIV/STI prevention, stigma, and mental health recovery.
Based in Argentina
My therapeutic approach is grounded in cognitive psychology, focusing on beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that may no longer be helpful. I work in a collaborative, horizontal way, trusting that each person is the expert on their own experience, while offering guidance to help them rediscover and strengthen their inner resources. I often suggest brief activities or practical tips to try between sessions, supporting meaningful change beyond the therapy space.
