About me

My work concentrates on saying "yes" to life. It is a journey to find your personal time, the core essence, meaning and fulfillment. I have a PhD in psychology and I work with Existential Analysis and Logotherapy in English and Russian.

I specialize in life transitions, cross-cultural adaptation, endings, psychology of time, and existential questions (such as loneliness, grief, death and dying, loss of meaning and finding purpose). I work with: anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, career shifts, panic attacks, relationships, managing high uncertainty situations, traumas.

France is the seventh country that became my home (Latvia - USA - Russia - Spain - Sweden - Denmark - France). For over 20 years now I’m curious about the concept of time, which I do research and creative projects about.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Art therapyRecommended for those who feel more comfortable expressing emotions through creativity and want to explore their feelings through art rather than talking.
Clinical psychologyRecommended for those who need help with diagnosing and treating more complex mental health issues, often involving assessments and evidence-based treatments.
Existential analysisRecommended for those who are searching for deeper meaning in life or are struggling with big questions about existence, freedom, and purpose.

I believe that "Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced" (S. Kierkegaard). My approach is within the humanistic school (Existential Analysis), supplemented by own extensive research in the area of Psychology of Time.

I use phenomenological and person-oriented psychotherapy, which aims to create conditions for leading own life more freely and authentically, living more in line with ‘inner consent', with greater freedom and awareness. It is a journey to find the core essence, meaning and fulfillment.

In my practice I apply and integrate: Existential analysis, Psychology of Time, Narrative practices, Art-therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness.
