I’m an English-speaking, internationally accredited Jungian Analyst (IAAP) offering online sessions.
I’m a Jungian Analyst from the UK with a background in the Arts and teaching. I’m a mother and stepmother, so I understand the complexities of modern-day family life and work closely with childhood trauma. I also love animals and appreciate the love and support pets bring into our homes. I’m currently studying for a PhD in religious extremism and deradicalization, so I have a deep interest in global events and the trauma inflicted by those whose ideologies drive them to cause harm. As a woman of mixed ethnicity, I have a lot of empathy for people who have been discriminated against and bullied because of their race and cultural identity. I am also interested in the challenges of leadership roles within a variety of contexts.
Jungian Analysis is a very unique experience that changes depending on the needs of each person and the events surrounding them on a weekly basis. So no two sessions are ever the same. I make use of dream interpretation and creative outlets in order to help us to understand what is happening in the unconscious psyche. Rather than a quick fix therapy that provides instant answers, this healing relationship is just that we work together to discover the unconscious patterns that often recur throughout life and cause great pain and suffering. Unlike other modalities, Jungian analysis also embraces the impact that the outside work has on our individual psyches. I welcome anything you wish to bring to our sessions nothing is off the table. The best way to understand Jungian analysis is to give it a try! I offer a free initial consultation and offer reduced rates for refugees
