My approach brings together Psychoanalysis and Social Psychology — exploring both the unconscious patterns that shape how we think and feel, and the social environments that influence our wellbeing and relationships.
My style is warm and inclusive of all types of diversity—gender, sexuality, identity, culture, disability, nationality, religion, belief, age, you name it!
In our sessions, I often use free association (from Psychoanalysis), where you’re encouraged to speak freely about whatever comes to mind — memories, dreams, feelings, or thoughts. This helps us uncover deeper emotions and patterns that may be holding you back.
I also draw from Social Psychology, using tools like narrative reframing and sociocultural exploration, helping patients rewrite internalised social narratives (e.g., shame, exclusion, failure) into empowering ones.
If you’d like, I can offer journal prompts or reflection exercises between sessions to keep your process moving gently forward.
I work with both individuals and couples in therapy sessions, supporting people through:
• Anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation
• Relationships and family dynamics
• Unhealthy relationships
• Conflict management at work and in relationships
• Gender, sexuality, and LGBTQIA+ matters
• Trauma, abuse, or exploitation
• Low confidence, identity, and life direction
• Cultural transitions and belonging
For me, therapy isn’t just about easing difficulties — it’s about helping you build a life that feels fulfilling, grounded, and true to you.
