As a psychologist, I consider myself, before any label, a human being, and within this condition I believe there are several possibilities for our limitations.
Derived from the humanistic approach, I follow the principles of congruence and authenticity. But also, as a Logotherapist, I love studying the unique and personalized meaning that each human being has for their existence.
I admire creativity, arts, sensitivity and authenticity. Being yourself for real, reduces anxiety, and increases the clearance towards life.
Working with a humanistic and logotherapeutic approach, I can define my work as an instrument for rescuing the true self of each human being. I want to help individuals discover their own layers behind the obvious of an opinion or appearance. With the humanist the idea is to realize our inconsistencies, and try to become more loyal to who we are. And with Logotherapy, it is precisely working with what meaning of life we are experiencing to understand why there are so many inconsistencies, in search of coherences and the self.
