I am a dedicated wellness counselor committed to supporting individuals in achieving balanced, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
I’m someone who thrives in the outdoors and finds a sense of balance and clarity in nature, whether I’m hiking scenic trails or challenging myself as an endurance runner. Staying active is an important part of who I am, as it supports both my physical and mental well-being. I’m deeply family-oriented and value strong, meaningful connections, drawing constant support and inspiration from those closest to me. Professionally, I work as a wellness counselor, where I’m passionate about helping others improve their overall well-being and navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence. I’m currently in my final year of a Master’s programme in Psychology, further strengthening my knowledge and skills to better support the individuals I work with. My journey is driven by a genuine desire to grow, both personally and professionally, while making a positive impact in the lives of others.
My therapeutic style is grounded in a holistic, client-centered approach that recognizes the connection between mind, body, and overall well-being. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, while also incorporating a trauma-informed lens that prioritizes safety, trust, and sensitivity to each individual’s experiences. I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges, build resilience, and develop practical tools for meaningful, lasting change.
I have been working as a registered counselor for the past three years, gaining valuable experience across different therapeutic settings. I began my career as a trauma counselor at a rehabilitation center, where I supported individuals through complex emotional and recovery challenges. This experience strengthened my ability to work with trauma in a compassionate and informed way. Currently, I focus primarily on providing individual and couples counseling online, creating a flexible and supportive space for clients to explore their concerns, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English, followed by an Honours degree in Psychology, which deepened my understanding of human behaviour and mental health. I am currently in my final year of a Master’s degree in Psychology, where I continue to build advanced knowledge and practical skills to support individuals in a professional therapeutic setting.
