About me
I am Ukrainian, I lived in the city of Kharkiv and moved to Wales after the war began. This is not the first crisis I have dealt with. My husband died in 2012, I lost my job, but psychotherapy helped me overcome many problems. l am a mother of two independent and adult daughters, and just a happy woman who could become one. I believe in the power of the human psyche and the power of psychotherapy.

The method of Gestalt therapy can be represented as a symbiosis of Eastern and Western worldviews. I will not change you or give ready-made answers, but I will ask you such questions so that awareness happens on your own. I also share my knowledge and consider psychoeducation an important part of therapy. It is important for me that the client is not dependent on therapy.
