Psychotherapy is a process mediated by a specialized professional, which aims to achieve changes in order to increase the well-being and psychological balance of those who seek it by improving the ability of the person to manage the challenges that life poses autonomously and efficiently.
We often get lost in our relationships with ourselves, with others, with work, and we don't feel capable of dealing with the challenges that these relationships offer us. Feelings of sadness, anxiety, impotence and lack of hope for the future plague us and we are afraid of not being able to be happy.
I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist for 20 years. I believe that we all have within us what is necessary to live a full and happy life. This is where Psychotherapy is configured as a path that leads us to find happiness.
I truly believe that we all have the potential to be the person we would like to be and live the life we would like to live. I feel truly excited every time I embark on this process because I know its results, I have confidence in the path I propose and I trust in the desire for change of those who come to me.
Through the psychotherapy model that I develop, my patients change their way of thinking about themselves and others and find their place in the world. My psychotherapy sessions aim to examine personal problems in depth and provide patients with effective tools to help them achieve the change they desire.
