My name is Anna, and I am a certified psychotherapeutic counsellor and clinical psychologist.
I earned my master’s degree in psychology from Moscow State University, followed by an internship at a developmental center for children. I later completed a full certification in existential psychotherapy at the Viennese School of Existential Analysis in Austria.
In my therapeutic work, I focus on each person’s unique experience, bringing awareness to their individual life situation. Every experience of anxiety, trauma, depression, or insecurity carries its own meaning for the person living through it. I offer a respectful and supportive space where that meaning can safely emerge and be explored at its own pace. Through this process, personal strengths and resources come to light and built—helping to move toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.
Having lived abroad for many years, I personally understand the emotional challenges that can arise through relocation, cultural adaptation, and navigating roles as a partner, parent, or professional. I work with adults and adolescents, and also provide support to families.
