About me

My name is Anna, and I am a certified psychotherapeutic counsellor and clinical psychologist. I earned my master’s degree in psychology from Moscow State University, followed by an internship at a developmental center for children. I later completed a full certification in existential psychotherapy at the Viennese School of Existential Analysis in Austria. In my therapeutic work, I focus on each person’s unique experience, bringing awareness to their individual life situation. Every experience of anxiety, trauma, depression, or insecurity carries its own meaning for the person living through it. I offer a respectful and supportive space where that meaning can safely emerge and be explored at its own pace. Through this process, personal strengths and resources come to light and built—helping to move toward a more authentic, fulfilling life. Having lived abroad for many years, I personally understand the emotional challenges that can arise through relocation, cultural adaptation, and navigating roles as a partner, parent, or professional. I work with adults and adolescents, and also provide support to families.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CounsellingRecommended for those who want to talk through their emotional challenges with a professional in a safe, supportive environment.
EMDRRecommended for those dealing with trauma who want to process painful memories in a structured way to reduce their emotional impact.
Existential analysisRecommended for those who are searching for deeper meaning in life or are struggling with big questions about existence, freedom, and purpose.
I practice Existential Analysis, a humanistic approach to psychotherapy that focuses on understanding your unique experiences and personal resources. Therapy unfolds through a genuine, dialogical encounter, where we explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges together. While the process is primarily conversational, specific methods or techniques may be introduced when needed to support your journey. The goal is to foster both inner and outer openness, helping you activate your personal strengths and capacities. In addition to Existential Analysis, I may integrate experiential methods such as Mindfulness, EMDR, and Focusing. These approaches help deepen the connection between mind and body, offering access to emotions that may be difficult to reach through words alone. By tuning into bodily sensations and lived experience, it becomes possible to process emotions more fully and find a deeper sense of grounding. Formats of therapy:  Single Consultation:
1 session aimed at resolving specific issues not related to long-standing problems. Short-term Counseling:
5-10 sessions that help understand the causes of painful feelings and clarify perspectives. Long-term Counseling:
Allows one to cope with difficult emotions and make substantial changes in life.
