I hold a Master's degree in Psychology and continuously advance my qualifications through regular trainings, intervisions, and supervisions. I work with evidence-based methods that are widely used around the world, such as Positive Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family therapy

I help women and men address their challenges and improve their lives. I work both individually and with couples, and I also conduct offline group psychotherapy sessions.

I have experience creating personal projects focused on happy relationships and female sexuality. Additionally, I am often invited as an expert to speak at various psychological marathons and on television.I practice Positive Psychotherapy as well as other evidence-based approaches. I work with people of different nationalities, so I study various cultures to better understand their upbringing and to be more helpful in my work. I find great inspiration in seeing the results and positive changes in people’s lives.
