I am an integrative psychotherapist and personal development counsellor with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, a supervisory diploma from Romania, and training in personal development counselling — currently completing my PhD at Moldova State University. Over the years I have worked across school psychology, clinical settings, and private practice, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and couples through anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and personal growth.
What sets my work apart is the integration of approaches. Rather than working from a single model, I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, mindfulness-based techniques, and personal development frameworks — always choosing what genuinely serves the person in front of me. I work in English and Romanian, and I bring a deep understanding of the pressures faced by people navigating demanding professional lives, cross-cultural identities, or the quiet weight of never feeling quite enough.
I believe therapy is not just about healing what is broken — it is about discovering what is possible. Whether you are facing a specific struggle or simply feeling that your life could be richer, more grounded, and more yours, I am here to work alongside you with honesty, warmth, and full clinical commitment.
My approach is integrative — which means I do not believe one therapeutic model holds all the answers. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based interventions, and personal development counselling, and I weave these together based on what each individual or couple actually needs.
For some clients, the most valuable work is understanding the thought patterns and behaviours that keep them stuck — structured, skills-based, and focused on change. For others, the priority is deeper: exploring identity, meaning, values, and the kind of life they genuinely want to build. For couples, I work to shift cycles of conflict and disconnection into genuine understanding and closeness.
Sessions are collaborative, honest, and grounded in real life. I pay attention not only to what you are experiencing emotionally, but also to who you want to become. My goal is that by the end of our work together, you carry something lasting — a clearer sense of yourself, stronger tools for the hard moments, and a real capacity to grow.
