About me

Hello! My name is Ciera, and I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I'm from Chicago but currently living in Spain as my current place of residency. I've worked within various communities within the mental health field, and I'm happy to expand this on a remote platform. I have a bachelor's degree in Biological Science from the U.S and am a former athlete in the USA Paralympic Track and Field team. Besides being a solid mental health advocate, I love staying active and maintaining a healthy physical state.
