• WRITING THERAPY: BETWEEN HEALTH AND ILLNESS
This is a structured, evidence-based, and therapist-led group session using therapeutic writing to support emotional regulation and mind-body regulation for people living with chronic illness, pain, fatigue, or stress-sensitive conditions.
Through guided prompts, grounding exercises, and shared reflection, you’ll explore the links between stress, emotion, and physical symptoms, and practice ways of responding to your body with more clarity, acceptance, and care. Writing becomes a tool not just for creative expression, but for processing: helping you slow down, cope with internal experiences safely, and create something yours, real, and meaningful from your own experiences and history.

Duration: 2h30 minutes (with a 15-minute break)
Location: Online

• COUNSELLING AND TRAINING PROGRAM FOR PHYSICIANS
A supportive, evidence-based group for practicing physicians who want to deepen their understanding of the psychological dimensions of clinical work. We examine how stress, stigma, symptom perception, and the biopsychosocial model influence patient behaviour, decision-making, and engagement with care, and how these same processes shape the clinician’s own emotional responses.
Participants also have space for confidential clinical reflection on the emotional weight of their work, including themes such as avoidance, empathy fatigue, boundary strain, and the impact of healthcare inequalities on patient encounters.
Program outline:
• Biopsychosocial model in clinical care
• Coping and health behavior models
• Introduction to Psychoneuroimmunology
• Conditioning, social learning, and the placebo effect
• Stigma and other barriers to effective provider-patient communication
• Clinician vulnerability and needs
• Mindfulness-based self-regulation practices
• Compassion-based practices for sustainable clinical presence
• Clinical reflection and emotional integration
• Integrating mind-body tools into everyday clinical work
No previous experience in psychology or contemplative practice is required. The focus is practical: understanding key mechanisms, recognising emotional patterns in oneself and others, and developing tools that support resilience, insight, and effective patient-centred care.
