Psychological counseling for difficult times, emotional challenges and interpersonal conflict. I support you in crisis - finding inner clarity, emotional balance and a deeper connection to yourself and others.
As a clinical psychologist, I regularly work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm and psychosomatic symptoms. Most of the time, problems of self-esteem, relational conflict, loss and separation lie at the bottom of these.
Many of my clients face difficult times, finding it hard to cope with their feelings and maintain flexibility and freedom in relationships and in their daily lives. Most find themselves in a vicious cycle, repeating unfavorable behaviors that are hard to change. Together we explore these experiences, uncover what's beneath and find new ways to cope with your difficulties.
I help you strengthen self-awareness, develop greater emotional stability and flexibility in your daily life.
Grounded on humanistic principles, my counseling is guided by your individual concerns and needs. The therapeutic process subserves your personal growth and overcoming difficulties in a safe and supportive space.
My approach integrates different effective therapeutic perspectives with a mindful, experience-based focus on the present moment.
Lasting change becomes possible through new emotional and relational experiences. This involves developing a deeper understanding of yourself, recognizing the meaning of your struggles and finding new ways of responding to them.
