Psychological counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma and interpersonal conflict. I support you in difficult times - finding inner clarity, emotional balance and a deeper connection to yourself and others.
Many of my clients face difficult times, experience challenging emotions, stress, anxiety, depression or simply feel overwhelmed in everyday life. Most find themselves in a vicious cycle, repeating unfavorable coping behaviors that are hard to change. Together we explore these experiences, uncover what's beneath and find new ways to cope with your difficulties.
As a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist in training, I support patients in challenging times - facing mental distress, addiction, self-doubt, existential crisis or trauma. My approach integrates different effective therapeutic approaches with a mindful, experience-based focus on the present moment.
I help you strengthen self-awareness, develop greater emotional stability and flexibility in daily life.
My work is grounded in a psychodynamic perspective, placing the whole person at the center — with their unique experiences, inner world and relationships. Inner and outer difficulties often develop as ways of coping with conflicts in how we relate to ourselves and to others.
Lasting change becomes possible through new emotional and relational experiences. This involves developing a deeper understanding of yourself, recognizing the meaning of your struggles, and finding new ways of responding to them.
Such a process requires a safe and supportive space, which gradually develops through a trusting and empathic therapeutic relationship.
“What is allowed to be, can begin to change.”
My counselling is guided by your individual concerns and needs. The approach serves your personal growth and the overcoming of difficulties — not the other way around.
