Ich nutze verschiedene Frage- und Gesprächstechniken, um das Anliegen zu klären und Muster zu identifizieren. Für die Arbeit mit diesen Anliegen bediene ich mich gerne der Aufstellungsarbeit, Körperarbeit und geführten Meditationen. Ich habe ein großes Repertoire an verschiedenen Herangehensweisen und schaue, was individuell am besten passt. Grundsätzlich verbinde ich Kopf und Körper immer wieder, um ganzheitlich zu arbeiten.
