About me

I have a diverse and international background, having lived in several countries and across different continents throughout my childhood. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for cultural differences and the many ways people make sense of the world.

Originally from Denmark, I’m now based here again, where I work as both a psychologist and a yoga teacher. My international upbringing has shaped my therapeutic approach — it helps me meet people with openness, curiosity, and cultural sensitivity. I understand what it means to navigate identity, belonging, and change, and I bring that understanding into the space I hold for others.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Clinical psychologyRecommended for those who need help with diagnosing and treating more complex mental health issues, often involving assessments and evidence-based treatments.
Humanistic psychologyRecommended for those looking for a therapy that emphasizes personal growth and self-fulfillment, focusing on becoming your best self in a positive, non-judgmental space.

I approach challenges in a compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented manner. Having personally experienced the value of therapy over the years, I understand how important it is to feel seen, respected, and not judged. My style is non-authoritative — I don’t see myself as the one with all the answers, but rather as a guide who walks alongside you, helping you explore, understand, and move forward in ways that feel right for you.
