Psychoanalytic psychotherapist with many years of experience. I work with adults facing relationship difficulties, anxiety, loneliness, loss, questions of identity and belonging, or a sense of being stuck.
I am a trained psychotherapist from Kharkiv, Ukraine, and have been living in Copenhagen for the past nine years. Relationships and recurring patterns in relationships are an important part of my work. I also have extensive experience working with people who have lived in different countries and cultures.
In psychoanalytic psychotherapy, we try to understand not only symptoms such as anxiety or depression, but also the patterns and inner conflicts that may lie behind them. This can be especially helpful when the same difficulties repeat in relationships, or when you feel stuck despite trying to change.
