About me

I am a person who today loves life and enjoys every aspect of it, but I have also been through moments in my life when I was angry, confused, sick, and hateful towards life. I come from Latin America, I migrated to Europe in 2021. I have travelled around many countries and met people from different cultures. I love contemporary art, specially street art, tattoos and graffities. I had a very colorful, experimental life so far. I went through almost everything you can imagine. Yes, also that. I survived, and I use the knowledge I got from it to help others go through it, and that's my superpower.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
EMDRRecommended for those dealing with trauma who want to process painful memories in a structured way to reduce their emotional impact.
PsychoanalysisRecommended for those who want to explore how their unconscious mind and early experiences affect their current behaviors and feelings.
I am a psychologist with a decade of study, and lot of experience in the field. My journey has been diverse, incorporating various techniques, which have enriched my understanding of human behavior and informed my creative approaches to therapy. This multidisciplinary perspective allows me to appreciate the complexities of individuals beyond traditional psychological frameworks. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with interdisciplinary teams, engaging with professionals from academia, including lawyers, doctors, nurses, and teachers, as well as corporate sectors such as marketing, sales, neuromarketing, and coaching. I am passionate about fostering deep connections with others and hold a profound respect for individuality, recognizing that each person's unique experiences shape their behavior and outlook on life. I understand people have different ways of processing information, and therapy should adjust to the patient, not the other way.
