As an honest, and highly analytical person with a deep intuition, my practice reflects these qualities. I facilitate a diverse-inclusive space that leads to a deeper connection with yourself and the world.
I am a psychologist specializing in trauma and neuropsychology, and an integrative psychotherapist.
As an honest and empathetic clinician—highly intuitive and respectful of lived experience—my practice reflects these values. My aim is to offer a supportive environment where we can explore your feelings, thoughts, and self-understanding in a way that fosters acceptance and healing.
Previously, I worked as a Functional / Integrative Medicine Practitioner, supporting individuals with chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, and unexplained symptoms. This shaped my understanding of the mind-body connection and strengthened my belief that healing is non-linear and deeply personal. Witnessing the power of the mind and my clients’ journeys led me to pursue psychology.
On the more personal note, I am originally from Poland, I spent my early 20s in the USA before settling in Copenhagen, where I’ve lived for the past 12 years.
Living abroad and receiving my own late diagnosis as neurodivergent has deepened my passion for understanding and helping others embracing their uniqueness.
I use a range of approaches in therapy, including mindfulness, somatic awareness, DBT for building emotional regulation, psychedelic integration and many others. The tools I use can be tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences.
I believe healing is holistic, non-linear, and deeply personal—there’s no “one-size-fits-all.” Together, we’ll find the tools and methods that resonate most with you. I invite you to engage openly with the process—so we can shape a way forward that feels truly yours.
The individuals I work with come from diverse backgrounds, including those who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and seeking to explore their unique cognitive, emotional, or neurodevelopmental experiences.
If you are interested in the ADHD (for adults, children and teenagers) , ASD, depression, anxiety (GAD), PTSD, cPTSD, assessments here is a summary of what it looks like:
Stage I: The initial interview takes 1-2 meetings. I'll ask about your reasons for applying, current concerns, and medical history. This helps form research hypotheses. You are free to decline any question without explanation.
Stage II: The diagnostic interview tests the hypotheses developed in Stage I, alongside any results from tests (which I may send to you via email beforehand). For depression or anxiety (GAD), this takes one session. For autism or ADHD, this may take 2-3 sessions.
Stage V: A summary meeting with psychoeducation is optional, but I provide key information during diagnostics to make it unnecessary.
Stage VI: I will prepare a comprehensive report, which includes test descriptions, results, conclusions, and treatment recommendations. For ADHD diagnoses, an official document (DIVA 5.0) will be emailed to you, free of charge, with any necessary comments.
