I offer a compassionate space to work together to better understand your experiences, develop practical coping tools, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
I offer therapy in English and Spanish for teeangers and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, ADHD-related challenges, trauma, life transitions, self-criticism, or relationship difficulties. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where people can better understand themselves and develop practical coping tools.
Throughout my clinical work, I have supported children, adolescents, adults, and families facing developmental challenges, ADHD, neurological conditions, and the emotional impact of difficult life experiences. I also have experience facilitating mindfulness-based interventions.
I hold a degree in Psychology from the Catholic University of Córdoba, Argentina, officially recognized in Spain as Psicóloga General Sanitaria. I have continued my professional training in ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapies, neuropsychology, and EMDR. I currently work in private practice offering both online and in-person sessions. I am a member of the Psykoterapeutforeningen in Denmark, although I am not an autoriseret psykolog in Denmark.
I work with people to help them become more present, open, and aligned with their own valued path. Together, we strengthen the ability to face difficult thoughts and emotions with greater awareness, clarity, and self-compassion, rather than becoming overwhelmed by them or avoiding them. My approach focuses on developing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges by exploring and practicing alternative ways of responding and acting.
I currently work in private practice, offering therapy both in person and online to children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
Throughout my clinical work, I have accompanied children and adolescents facing learning difficulties (particularly ADHD), developmental delays, and behavioral challenges often linked to complex or adverse environments. I work closely with families and, when appropriate, collaborate with schools and other professionals to provide consistent and comprehensive support.
I have also provided psychological treatment within cognitive rehabilitation settings, supporting individuals coping with neurological and chronic medical conditions. This work has included helping patients and their families navigate emotional adjustment, adaptation to life changes, and resilience-building in the context of illness or disability.
In addition, I facilitated mindfulness-based cognitive stimulation workshops at Activamente, Argentina’s first cognitive training clinic, and provided in-home psychological support for older adults with neurodegenerative conditions.
Earlier in my career, I completed a clinical residency in Neuropsychology and Neurorehabilitation and served as a university teaching assistant in neuropsychology, psychopharmacology, and gender studies.
I hold a Licenciatura in Psychology (equivalent to a Master’s level degree) from the Catholic University of Córdoba, Argentina, where I graduated with honors (GPA 9.35/10). My degree has also been officially validated in Spain, allowing me to practice as a Psicóloga Clínica General Sanitaria.
I’ve continued expanding my education through specialized training in areas such as Third-Wave Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (ACT, DBT), Mindfulness and Psychotherapy, and Neuropsychological Assessment in Dementia. I also completed the Mindfulness Expert Program at the University of Valencia and an Intensive Art Therapy course at Metàfora, Barcelona. Recently completed the Basic Education on EMDR at Instituto Imaya, Barcelona.
