I am a psychologist and psychotherapist providing online sessions. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Kingston University of London and an MSc in Developmental Psychology from the University of Kent (UK). I have also completed training in Systemic Psychotherapy at the Institute of Systemic Thinking and Psychotherapy in Thessaloniki, Greece. I am currently completing a Research Master in Gerontology at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
Over the years, I have worked in public mental health services and at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, supporting children, adolescents, and families. I am currently a research collaborator in a Gerontology programme at the Vrije Universiteit Brussels, where my work focuses on ageing, regret, and emotion regulation. I am also an active board member of the Systemic Society of Northern Greece (SEVE).
Art and psychotherapy are closely connected in my life. My background as a musician nurtures the creativity, sensitivity, discipline, and openness with which I approach people’s lives. I now work mainly with adults, couples, and families, offering space for both individual experience and the complex dynamics of relationships. I speak Greek and English in therapy, and I also have working knowledge of French, German, Dutch, and Italian, which helps me understand the diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds of people across Europe.
