About me
I am a trained English & German speaking psychotherapist based in Cork Ireland and offer in person and online counselling. I am in private practice for the last six years and have experience in working with adults presenting a wide variety of mental health difficulties. I have a special interest in dealing with people who experience issues within the workplace (e.g. work stress, bullying/intimidation etc), having worked over a decade in the corporate business environment. I bring a robust variety of skills and a strong commitment to social justice in my work as a psychotherapist, coach, and consultant.

Approach
My therapeutic approach is integrative. I draw upon existential & humanistic philosophies as well as using elements of Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy approaches where appropriate. Above all I facilitate a safe, supportive, nurturing environment facilitating the client to to better understand themselves and their problems, and to find more satisfying ways of living.
