Compassionate systemic counselling (German/ Dutch/ English): I provide a safe space to support you on your inner journey. Offering free initial consultation to explore your needs and see if we are a good fit.
I have always been fascinated by what drives us in life, and what helps us to overcome difficulties:
To be of the best help for others, I’ve always believed that both life experienc and professional knowledge are key.
My journey through various roles in personal and professional life, as well as living and working in different cultures, has deeply shaped my understanding of the human condition. Along the way, my knowledge of mental health has continuously deepened through both life and formal training.
Systemic: The idea that your challenges aren't just about you as an individual, but are deeply connected to the systems you live in, like your family or workplace. Instead of looking for "what's wrong with you", we explore the unconscious patterns and dynamics that happen between you and others. By understanding these connections, you can discover new ways to react and communicate that break old, stuck cycles. Systemic attitude: Any of your emotions, thoughts and reactions, however much you dislike them, in the end, they want the best for you. Let's see and find out what it is, and how we can work with them.
