I am a wife, mom of three, sister, friend, daughter, and granddaughter. Just like you, my life and story are woven into a network of relationships. These relationships – including the one with yourself – are at the heart of my work.
Together with you – as the expert of your story and your relationships – we create mindfulness and compassion where they are needed. We explore new paths, find hope, and cultivate the courage for necessary change.
I have lived in many places, experienced different cultures, and continuously refine my understanding of what a "good life" means. Currently, I live with my family in beautiful Tanzania – we are bicultural and trilingual. I love spending my time barefoot under trees, with books, or in meaningful conversations. My faith in a good and loving God shapes my thinking, feeling, and actions.
In our first session, I warmly create a safe space where you can explore new paths, ways of thinking, and develop fresh understanding for yourself and others. Together, we will discuss the focus of our journey and what you hope to achieve as we embark on this process.

With my focus on emotion-focused therapy, I help couples initiate new conversations about old problems and build a strong connection. I support parents in gaining a holistic understanding of their children's emotional and neural development.
Through my own experience as an expat, I assist people facing the challenges of a new beginning, supporting them through difficult transitions and adjusting to a new environment.
