I strive to create a warm and supportive space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. It’s important to me that you feel at ease, can speak openly about what matters to you, and feel accepted just as you are
What my clients typically come to me with:
My main approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). It is one of the most researched and evidence-based approaches in modern psychotherapy.
How sessions work: During sessions, I need to understand your situation in depth, so I will ask questions that require honest answers. I will then provide feedback and share my understanding of your situation. I select specific psychological tools tailored to your needs. Between sessions, you will complete small psychological exercises — this makes the process more effective. In sessions, we will discuss your exercises, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and explore how your thinking influences your life. If you prefer therapy without homework, this is also possible, though it may be less effective. In that case, we will do the exercises during the session.
I do not work with addictions or severe mental disorders. I work with clients aged 18+.
I run a private practice, providing online psychotherapy to clients worldwide. I also publish professional articles and develop educational courses in psychology.
I graduated from the Moscow Institute of Psychology and hold a qualification as a psychological counsellor. I continuously develop my professional knowledge by reading psychological literature and keeping up with the latest scientific research in psychology and psychiatry.
