I accompany women on the journey back to themselves through trauma-informed somatic work and nervous system guidance. Living with Cystic Fibrosis since birth and navigating the profound shifts of early motherhood has given me intimate knowledge of what it means to live in a chronically dysregulated nervous system state — and what it takes to find your way back to center. Not just through regulation, but through creating capacity to feel and therefore giving space to what is in need of being held.
My path into this work began when I realized that understanding my patterns intellectually wasn't enough. After years of more traditional approaches, I discovered somatic and nervous system-oriented work—the missing piece that allowed me to gradually feel safer in my own body. This is what I now offer to others: a way to work with yourself that goes deeper than just using your mind alone.
Through my training as a Somatic Practitioner and Life Trust Coach, combined with my background in creative work and autobiographical writing, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to this deeply personal work.
As a highly sensitive mother of a toddler, a self-employed woman, and someone living with chronic illness, I know firsthand what daily overwhelm feels like. I also know the deep pull to take charge of my own healing—to break the cycle and not pass unresolved patterns to the next generation, and to show up as the truest version of myself, both as a person and as a mother.
I create spaces where you can simply be—with whatever is present. My approach is body-centered, gentle, and oriented toward your nervous system. I listen carefully and work intuitively, meeting you exactly where you are without pressure or expectations.
Why the Body-Centered Approach Understanding alone rarely creates lasting change when it comes to deep-seated patterns, especially when those patterns stem from early experiences or trauma. We can know our patterns intellectually and still find ourselves caught in them. This is because our deepest conditioning lives in the body, particularly in the nervous system. My work goes to these roots—gently, carefully, and entirely at your pace. Through somatic awareness, nervous system education, and gentle practices, we work with what's actually happening in your system, not just what you think about it.
Creating Space for What Is In our work together, there's room for everything—the difficult feelings, the uncertainty, the parts of yourself you've been pushing away. From a foundation of safety and regulation, we can begin to explore what has felt too overwhelming or dangerous to feel. You'll learn self-regulation skills not to suppress what's there, but to create enough inner stability to be with what needs attention.
What This Work Offers Through our time together, you develop greater capacity to regulate yourself and a growing sense of agency in your own life. You learn to feel safer in your body through gentle movement, somatic awareness, and grounding practices. Your window of tolerance expands—that range within which you can stay present with challenging emotions without becoming overwhelmed or shutting down. This means more patience, clarity, and resilience in daily life. You gain insight into your patterns and receive a space where you can rest from constantly trying to hold everything together.
How We Work Together I offer 1:1 sessions (60 minutes) online, either as single sessions or as longer-term support over weeks or months. I also offer a 5-session journey for a reduced fee of 350€ instead of 400€. My work follows an intuitive framework rather than a rigid program. Each session responds to what's alive for you in the moment.
The journey I accompany isn't about becoming someone new—it's mainly about removing layers that no longer serve you, and reconnecting with your essence, intuition, and vital energy. Sometimes it's about finding clarity. Sometimes it's about building capacity to stay present with your life as it is.
This work requires patience and gentleness. Sustainable shifts happen through small, mindful steps. If you value depth, presence, and listening to what your body knows over quick solutions, this approach will resonate with you.
Who this approach is for: This work is for you, if you have previously tried different approaches and feel like they aren't helping you get to the root of your challenges. My clients are keen to look inward—they have a longing for personal growth and positive intentions, but feel held back by deeply ingrained patterns.
