I support individuals & couples in living meaningful, joyful lives by guiding them toward deeper self-understanding & emotional balance. Through a compassion & grounded presence, I offer a safe space for healing & growth
I am an expert in human-environment interaction with a deep passion for understanding how people think, feel, and relate to themselves and the world and others around them. My work is centred on helping individuals and couples to live joyful, meaningful lives by guiding them to connect with their core Self, their parts, and others on a profound and authentic level.
My journey into psychotherapy was deeply influenced by my background in designing healing spaces and my extensive travels, having lived in multiple countries driven by a lifelong curiosity about the human experience. Through close interaction with end users, I came to understand the emotional challenges people face and discovered that my true passion lies in helping people navigate life’s complexities and find deeper balance and fulfillment—insights that ultimately led me to study, train in and pursue therapeutic work more directly.
I believe that in life, our pain deserves to be witnessed and our relationships deserve to be healing. We all need to feel genuinely seen, with every part of us accepted without judgment, so we can deepen our self-understanding and open up to new ways of being.
Drawing from a rich blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, somatic practices, and, when appropriate, integration therapy after the intentional use of plant medicine, I tailor each experience to the unique needs my clients. I offer a person-centered approach that meets you exactly where you are, with openness, compassion, and no judgment. My practice is rooted in honouring each individual’s unique path, supporting holistic healing and transformation from the inside out.
I recognize that many struggles stem from deeply painful, life-altering, and traumatic experiences. This awareness shapes my approach, allowing me to work gently and respectfully with the complex layers of trauma, and with all the parts that are burdened by it, while incorporating the body as an essential part of the healing journey.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and life situations, offering guidance across a wide range of challenges. These include managing anxiety, navigating major life transitions, addressing relationship difficulties, and easing distress. At the heart of my work is helping clients foster a more compassionate and nurturing relationship with themselves.
With a grounded and compassionate presence, I create a safe, supportive space where individuals feel truly seen and held. My diverse background and cross-cultural experiences have given me a deep appreciation for different world-views, and I bring this open-mindedness into every session. Whether navigating life transitions, seeking deeper self-understanding, or pursuing personal growth, I walk alongside my clients with care, intuition, and deep respect for their journey.
