About me

I am a psychologist providing services to those who are facing a major life transition, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety or self-defeating patterns of behaviour. I offer a caring, supportive and non-judgemental approach, and active listening is at the heart of my work. During sessions, you will be able to develop the confidence and skills to assert your needs effectively, ensuring you achieve your goals while preserving valuable relationships. You will also boost your emotional intelligence to thrive in adversity and navigate complex emotional landscapes with ease. I will teach you how to recognise and alter maladaptive coping strategies and reduce stress for more effective interactions.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Psychotherapy Recommended for those who want to work through emotional or mental health challenges by talking with a trained psychotherapist.
Regression therapyRecommended for those who want to revisit and heal past experiences or trauma, often exploring memories deeply.
As a psychologist with experience, I know how great the potential is in every person. We sometimes forget about our capabilities. For various reasons, life did not contribute to the disclosure of the inner resources and potential of many of us. But in fact, EVERYTHING that people need to cope with in life exists inside them. Employing regression therapy which helps to recall events from any point of a lifetime. It can certainly be a very powerful psychological tool to dive into the deeper parts of the mind. I also offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
