I’m a Brazilian-born therapist based in Dublin, shaped by a life of crossing cultures, disciplines, and inner landscapes. I hold a Master’s in Psychology and Neuroscience from King’s College London and a Master’s in Oncology from São Paulo State University. My practice integrates scientific insight with mindfulness and emotional depth.
I work well with curious, sensitive, and reflective people who feel drawn to exploring the emotional, cultural, and spiritual layers of their lives. Many of my clients are immigrants, artists, and deep thinkers navigating transitions, identity shifts, burnout, or emotional patterns that no longer serve them. Some are interested in the therapeutic potential of psychedelics or dream-work; others simply want a grounded and compassionate space to make sense of their experiences.
I’m particularly attuned to the experience of living between cultures, and I offer a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can pause, process, and reconnect with themselves.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and non-pathologizing. I don’t see people as problems to fix but as stories to understand. Drawing from CBT, ACT, Humanistic Psychology, Buddhist philosophy, and mindfulness, I help clients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relational patterns so they can navigate life with more clarity and authenticity.
I speak Portuguese, English, and conversational Italian and Spanish, and I am committed to making therapy accessible, especially for queer communities, immigrants, and those facing systemic barriers.
