Welcome! I am a Clinical Psychologist (MSc) specializing in Developmental Psychology, combining evidence-based methods with an integrative, person-centered approach.
My professional background includes clinical counseling, coaching, supervision, individual and group therapy, as well as e-mental health services (e.g., video therapy). I integrate digital modalities into evidence-based practice to provide flexible and contemporary support.

Through my academic teaching and research, I link current scientific insights with practical clinical experience. My goal is to foster your autonomy, self-efficacy, and sustainable personal growth. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process that helps you understand, navigate, and manage your inner experiences more flexibly and effectively.
Therapy Languages: German and English
Mantra: I believe that only those who are truly inspired themselves can genuinely inspire others.
My work combines insights from developmental neuroscience, clinical psychology, and cognitive science. I draw on CBT, psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness-based interventions, as well as systemic and causally-informed practices.
At the core of my work is the Socratic method, which fosters curiosity, reflection, and self-discovery.
I support you in activating your own resources and gently adjusting thought and behavior patterns—especially when you feel stuck, unseen, or out of alignment with yourself.
The goal is to promote long-term emotional well-being rather than only short-term relief.
I look forward to meeting you! Send me a message via It'sComplicated or schedule an appointment directly through my integrated calendar.
Together, we can explore how to activate your resources and strengthen your well-being sustainably.
