I work with individuals, couples, and families, as well as professionals facing relationship, leadership, and career challenges.
My work is grounded in extensive training and clinical experience in systemic, strategic, solution-focused, and somatic therapy. I studied and worked at the Mental Research Institute in Palo Alto with Paul Watzlawick and Richard Fisch, trained with the founders of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and completed a four-year certification in Analytic-Somatic / Bioenergetic Therapy. My somatic work was strongly influenced by experiential approaches developed at the Esalen Institute.
I mostly work with high-functioning adults who are seeking meaningful change. Common themes include relationship challenges, loneliness (often among expats), work-related stress such as work-life balance, difficulties with colleagues, anxiety, performance pressure, and dissatisfaction with career progression.
I also work with women during the prenatal and postnatal stages, and with parents navigating challenges related to parenting and family life.
I work integratively and eclectically, drawing on methods from different schools of psychotherapy in a way that is pragmatic, individualized, and effective.
