Through my work and experience, I developed the Menkreo Method. At the core of this therapeutic approach lies the understanding that dissatisfaction, inner emptiness, or psychological distress often emerge when we live, consciously or unconsciously, in ways that conflict with our personal values.
Together, we explore:
• what truly matters to you
• which values guide and support your life
• where your current life may no longer align with them
Drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I support you in reconnecting with yourself and making decisions that feel sustainable and meaningful over time. This work is not about self optimization, but about honest, compassionate self reflection.
An important part of my approach is also to understand the root and 'why' of maladaptive behavioral and thought patterns. Understanding where they come from can be the first step to making meaningful change.
A central focus of my work is attachment and relationship, both with others and with yourself. Many difficulties become visible in partnerships, friendships, or in the way we relate to closeness, boundaries, and self worth. If you would like to explore your relationship patterns or learn how to relate to yourself with greater understanding and stability, this work may be right for you.
I have experience supporting people with mental disorders (e.g. depression, ADHD, autism or anxiety disorders). I also work with individuals who do not have a clear diagnosis but feel a desire to change their lives in order to experience greater satisfaction, meaning, and connection.
My aim is to support you in shaping a life that does not merely function, but feels genuinely worth living, in alignment with your values, your relationships, and yourself.
