About me

Ich bin tierlieb und naturverbunden. Für mich war es immer wichtig innerlich zu wachsen und mich weiter zu entwickeln. Seit meiner frühen Jugend habe ich mich mit verschiedensten Heilmethoden auseinander gesetzt u.a. Schamanismus, Meditation und Familienaufstellung. Nach meiner Auffassung gehören Kriesen und Schwierigkeiten zum Leben dazu und eine liebvolle Anwort darauf ist sich in schweren Zeiten Unterstützung zu holen.

Ich begleite Menschen durch schwere Zeiten und in Phasen des persönlichen Wachstums. Durch verschiedene Ansätze wie die Schematherapie, Arbeit mit dem Systembrett und der

Akzeptanz- und Commitment-Therapie (ACT) helfe ich den eigenen persönlichen Weg besser zu verstehen und effektive Schritte aus einer Belastungssituation hinaus zu gehen.

Ich arbeite auch mit Kindern und Jugendlichen um ihre Verhaltensauffälligkeiten besser für ihr Umfeld verstehbar zu machen und sie zu stärken damit sie sich bestmöglich entwickeln können.

Für Menschen die eine spirituelle Krise haben biete ich Orientierung und auf energetischer Ebene Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung mit verschiedenen Heilmethoden an.

Ich freue mich darauf Ihnen zu mehr Freiheit und Stärke zu verhelfen, damit sie ein selbstbestimmtes und zufriedeneres Leben führen können.
