I believe that each person is unique and so different methods will work for different people but I strongly do believe that each person needs to feel accepted and unconditionally loved for who they are. I do use an ecosystemic approach looking at all aspects in a persons life that have an impact on them so for example, work life, home life, family, financial etc... I also like to use a positivist approach and mindfulness and meditation to help with the challenges and trauma. also sometimes merely having someone to just speak to is therapy in and of itself. Also with the various challenges of Covid people now more than ever need the extra support of therapy.
