I am an Integrative Therapist with a foundation in CBT, weaving together evidence-based practice with somatic awareness, parts work, and depth exploration. My work honours both psychological insight and the wisdom of the body.
I specialise in supporting creative people who feel overwhelmed, self-critical, or disconnected from themselves. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, high-feeling individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or creative blocks. Together, we gently explore the protective patterns that once kept you safe but may now be holding you back.
Alongside my clinical work, I am undertaking advanced training in voice work, exploring how sound and vocal expression can support emotional processing and nervous system regulation. This deepens my understanding of how emotion is held in the body and how the voice can become a grounded, embodied pathway to release and reconnection.
Originally from Poland and based in Scotland for over a decade, I bring both cultural sensitivity and grounded presence to my practice.
My approach is calm, attuned, and relational. I integrate structured therapeutic tools with body-based and creative practices, tailoring each session to your individual pace and goals. This allows for meaningful, sustainable transformation — not just insight, but integration.
I offer 90 minute sessions that allow the depth and spaciousness needed for thoughtful exploration and grounded change. I provide a steady, compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome and where you can feel both supported and empowered.
If you are seeking depth, clarity, and meaningful change, I welcome you to get in touch.
