About me
I not only help people to increase their productivity and efficiency in the workplaces but also help them find their professional identity. Are you someone who feels overwhelmed all the time, and you think that your mindset is chaotic? Then it is not a coincidence that you encountered me. After working with me, you will not only set realistic goals and discover your values and have a supportive mindset (inner criticisms will be vanished), but also communicate more effectively with your family, friends, and colleagues. My methods are scientifically proven. I assure an effective result for the reason that there is a lot of experience and knowledge lies behind these words. I spent 14 years in universities, learned to come up with scientifically proven methods and have lots of experience creative skills to apply it in my sessions. Furthermore, I also have lots of experience working in corporates such as Philips and have lots of experience regarding work cultures. I know what it means to work with a demanding boss, dysfunctional teams and got burnout because of this. I can help with stress management and work-life balance.

My research and professional experience showed that our psychological boundaries, unmet childhood needs, cultural values, and family customs shape our perception and reactions. For instance, if we have difficulty with saying no or feel too responsible, then we might end up with a long to-do task, or our weekend could be filled with duties to please others. Then it is an invitation to anxiety and in the long-term depression. I help people to work on their self-image and boundaries to reduce stressors in their lives which would help them to build their professional life. To achieve this, I use scientifically valid methods like ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) techniques to adapt and understand decision-making mechanism. I also use emotion cards as tools to help my clients identify their triggers for certain emotions (i.e. frustration) to establish healthy boundaries and in the end have a firm mindset.
