I am a psychologist with my own life philosophy and extensive experience in social care. For several years I worked in the Netherlands with people facing homelessness and social exclusion, combining psychological support with practical guidance in everyday challenges.
Currently, I focus on working with Polish families living in the Netherlands and, above all, with individuals struggling with addictions. I combine psychological and philosophical approaches with my personal journey of recovery, which allows me to work in an authentic, honest, and deeply human way.
I am also engaged in the integration of difficult experiences, including psychedelic experiences. My master’s thesis focused on the therapeutic use of psychedelics. For several years, I have been participating in intervision groups with practitioners of psychedelic integration and have completed numerous courses in this field, which has broadened my understanding of inner human processes.
In my therapeutic practice I draw on elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based methods. I am strongly influenced by systemic thinking – I believe that individual change is always connected with one’s relationships and environment.
