About me

I help people feel more in control of their lives, emotions, and relationships — especially in times of transition. My clients are often expats, immigrants, or people going through major life changes. I offer clear structure, practical tools, and emotional support. Clients say they feel seen, safe, and even a bit lighter after our sessions. I’ve lived in different countries and navigated my own life shifts, so I understand how disorienting and lonely change can feel — and how powerful it is to find your way back to yourself.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
ACT: Acceptance and Commitment TherapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Positive psychotherapyRecommended for those who want to focus on building strengths, increasing happiness, and enhancing their overall well-being, rather than just focusing on problems.
In a fast-changing world, every person matters — and every step toward awareness counts. I work with people who want to respond to life, not just react to it. We focus on developing emotional resilience, psychological flexibility, and a broader, kinder perspective on life. I combine evidence-based tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with mindfulness and reflective practices. I believe that mental health support should be accessible, practical, and integrated into daily life — not something you turn to only in crisis.
