Originally from Espoo, Finland, I've lived my adult life abroad pursuing a career as a professional dancer. Therefore, I have personally witnessed not only the cultural challenges as an expat, but also the stress of working in a high-pressured field. Inspired by the vision to empower people into believing in themselves, I completed an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology in Staffordshire University and started a personal practice. Ever since, helping not only athletes and artists, but any individuals interested in self-development, has been my passion. I believe that everyone can reprogram their beliefs to have the strengths to live their life to the fullest and pursue their dreams with the confidence of having the strength and tools to overcome unavoidable disappointment, rejections, and criticism. My goal as a personal coach is to help you to build that clarity, so that you will be able to eventually empower yourself into taking the actions that with time will result in your ideal, truly fulfilling, life.
As a coach, I have an analytic and human-centred approach. Balancing active listening with new perspectives and challenging insights, I help my clients to improve their psychological flexibility and effective use of focus. Most importantly, no session will leave you analysing the past of overthinking the future, but you will always be given practical action steps to get closer to the best version of yourself.
