I am a psychologist with expertise in clinical and developmental psychology, offering evidence-based counselling and behavioural support to help clients navigate life’s challenges.
Having lived in Germany, Canada, and now the Netherlands, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges of adapting to new environments. My international background has shaped my ability to support individuals from diverse cultures, particularly expats navigating transitions, identity shifts, and the complexities of belonging.
I hold Master’s degrees in both Clinical and Developmental Psychology and have worked across various settings, including counselling, behavioural intervention, and crisis support. My experience includes providing therapeutic guidance to individuals facing burnout, stress, and life transitions, as well as working with neurodivergent children and adolescents in educational and home-based settings. I have also been involved in psychological assessments and research, further deepening my understanding of human development and mental health.
Beyond my professional work, I find balance in nature and animals—both of which are essential to my own well-being. Whether it’s a long walk outdoors or the calming presence of animals, I believe in the power of small moments to restore and ground us in everyday life.
I believe therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it. My approach is integrative and tailored to individual needs, drawing from clinical psychology, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and person-centered therapy. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where we can explore challenges, uncover new perspectives, and build strategies for meaningful change.
In our work together, I focus on practical tools for personal growth while fostering self-awareness and emotional balance. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking deeper self-understanding, I am here to support you with a blend of professional expertise and human connection. Therapy isn’t just about healing—it’s about thriving.
I have experience as a Counselling Therapist Intern at No Fear Counselling in Canada, where I provided individual therapy using evidence-based approaches, supported clients through crisis intervention, and helped develop coping strategies for mental health challenges.
Before that, I worked as a Lead Behavioural Interventionist and Behaviour Interventionist at A Block Above Behavioural Consulting, supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents in developing emotional regulation and social skills. I collaborated with families and professionals to create individualized intervention plans tailored to each client's needs.
