In my work, I’ve supported people through many different challenges—grief, relationship struggles, past trauma, and times of self-doubt. What matters most to me isn’t labelling your struggles, but understanding your story and finding what will actually help you feel better.
My approach is straightforward and compassionate. I’ll listen closely, ask questions to help you see things more clearly, and offer tools you can use outside of our sessions. My goal is to give you a space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and start to make sense of what’s going on in your life. Change doesn’t always come quickly, but with patience and support, it is possible.
You don’t have to go through this on your own. If you’re ready to take that next step, I’d be glad to walk alongside you.
My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual I work with. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood, allowing for meaningful exploration and lasting change.
