After studying and living abroad, I’ve spent the past five years working in both a clinic and private practice in Frankfurt, Germany, supporting people with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I’m mainly trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a strong interest in third-wave approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and compassion focused therapy. I especially value working with personality parts (Persönlichkeitsanteile) using methods like Schema Therapy and IRRT (Imagery Rescripting and Reprocessing Therapy). My experience also includes extensive work in diagnosing and treating adult ADHD—both in individual and group settings—as well as couples therapy and sex therapy.
I see therapy as a collaborative process — a thoughtful exploration of where you are, how you got here, and where you want to go. While I bring clinical experience and a grounded understanding of the terrain, each person’s path is unique, and we’ll navigate it together, step by step. My role is to support you in making sense of complex emotions and patterns, uncovering connections that often reach into the past and influence the present in subtle ways. I work with warmth, respect, and a clear structure — and I believe that insight, trust, and even a moment of lightness or humor can be powerful parts of the process.
