My main approach is a combination of existential counselling and integrative therapy.
In my over 10 years of experience I have been privileged to work with very diverse individuals and have noticed that what most people seem to need, is a bit of human connection, a helping hand to make sense of life, be heard and be listened to - with an open ear and heart.
In will be working with you on your struggles around relationships, intimacy, family, anxiety, depression, loneliness and isolation, self-esteem, body image , single parenting and a more general unease around existence. I also tend to work a lot with stress, burn-out and how to manage and find a work-life balance, manage anger and regulate compulsivity.
As a couples consultant I will help you address and resolve these issues to restore harmony and build healthier partnerships. By encouraging open dialogue, finding effective communication techniques, working with blocks, and fostering empathy between you and your partner, I strive to empower couples to enhance their emotional connection, rebuild trust, and foster mutual understanding.
