About me

My path to becoming a psychologist and therapist began with my own search for authenticity and clarity. Growing up in Bulgaria, living in several countries, and adapting to different cultures have all shaped my deep appreciation for the inner complexity we carry — and how our sense of self can sometimes feel fragmented.

Before fully dedicating myself to therapeutic work, I worked in fast-paced international environments, which gave me first-hand insight into the pressures of modern life, high performance, and emotional disconnection. These experiences continue to inform my work today, especially when supporting people navigating intense inner expectations, burnout, transitions, or emotional numbness.

Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and intuitive. I bring not just psychological tools, but also presence, curiosity, and deep respect for your pace and process.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
IFS: Internal family systemsRecommended for those who want to explore and heal the different parts of themselves that might feel conflicted or overwhelmed.
Transactional analysisRecommended for those who want to understand and improve their interactions with others by exploring the roles they take on in relationships.

My therapeutic work is integrative, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that we all carry inner wisdom — even if it’s currently hidden beneath fear, pain, or inner criticism.

I draw on:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): to work with your inner parts and core Self.
  • Transactional Analysis: to understand relationship patterns and early dynamics.
  • Embodied and somatic approaches: to reconnect with your body’s signals and release stored tension.
  • Mindfulness and self-compassion: to build resilience and emotional regulation.

Our work may explore how past experiences live in your present, how you relate to yourself and others, and what needs healing or integration. Sessions are shaped collaboratively and with care — always tuned into your readiness and rhythm.

Coaching Alongside psychotherapy, I also offer coaching for people navigating personal or professional transitions, decision-making, and alignment with their values. In coaching, we work more goal-focused — helping you clarify what you want, understand what's in the way, and take authentic steps forward. I bring both psychological insight and practical structure, supporting you to move from confusion to clarity and aligned action.

Coaching is beneficial for:

  • Career changes or professional re-orientation
  • Work-life boundaries and burnout prevention
  • Self-confidence and communication
  • Living and leading more authentically
