About me

I’m an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience supporting people through anxiety, low mood, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and the quiet, stubborn patterns that keep us stuck. I trained in Integrative Psychotherapy—bringing together mind, body, and evidence-based methods—and I’m currently deepening my work through Jungian analytic training. How I work Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate. We go at a pace that suits you, focusing on what feels most alive and relevant. I tailor the approach to your needs—sometimes practical and focused, sometimes reflective and exploratory—always grounded in safety, curiosity, and respect. I work in both Polish and English. Areas of special interest - Anxiety, depression, and stress-related difficulties - Eating disorders and disordered eating - Life transitions, identity, and self-esteem - Grief, illness, and health-related challenges - Expat/returning-home experiences and belonging A note for expats and returnees Having emigrated and then returned to my home country, I understand the dislocation, layered identities, and “in-between” feeling that can come with living across cultures. This perspective informs my work with clients navigating similar paths. Where we can meet I offer sessions face-to-face in Gdańsk and online across Europe, making it easier to stay consistent with therapy wherever you are. Quality and care I receive regular clinical supervision and keep up with developments in psychotherapy practice, including thoughtful, ethical support for integrating psychedelic experiences when relevant. Credentials Professional Registration - Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), UK — Clinical Psychologist Education & Core Training - MA in Psychology, University of Gdańsk, Poland - Integrative Psychotherapy training, Polish Institute for Integrative Psychotherapy (including body-oriented work; treatment of depressive and anxiety disorders) Specialist Training - Eating Disorders: Maudsley Clinic (London) and CREDO (Oxford) - Jungian Analytic Training (in progress): - Introductory and Advanced courses, Society for Analytical Psychology (London) - Ongoing training with the Polish Society for Jungian Analysis and the International Association for Analytical Psychology (Zurich) Clinical Experience - Oncology, social care, third-sector organisations, and private practice (Poland and UK) - NHS (UK): Associate Therapist in Psychological Services; Clinical Psychologist in a Specialist Eating Disorder Service (Oxford) - Ongoing private practice Languages - Polish and fluent English If you’re considering starting therapy, you’re welcome to reach out. Approach

Treatment Approaches
Jungian therapyRecommended for those interested in diving deep into their unconscious mind to better understand themselves and grow emotionally.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
My therapeutic approach (Jungian, integrative, human) Open-ended, exploratory work At the heart of my practice is a Jungian analytic approach. We don’t rush or squeeze you into a checklist. Instead, we give your story room: space to explore what hurts, what’s hidden, and what’s hopeful—so insight can grow naturally and lasting change can follow. Beyond symptom-chasing We absolutely talk about difficult thoughts and unhelpful behaviours. The difference is focus. Rather than only managing symptoms (as in some short, highly structured models like CBT), we look deeper—at your history, patterns, strengths, and vulnerabilities—so change is rooted, not temporary. Relationships as mirrors How we relate—to partners, family, friends, and to ourselves—shapes our inner world. We’ll explore these patterns together, including how they show up between us in therapy. This can be a powerful, safe rehearsal room for healthier ways of connecting. Working with the body The body keeps the score of our experiences. By noticing breath, tension, posture, and physical sensations, we invite the nervous system to settle and rebuild trust in your body. This is gentle work that supports emotional clarity and resilience. Dreams, symbols, and imagination Jung’s ideas inspire my practice: the integration of polarities (for example strength and sensitivity), and the role of dreams, symbols, imagery, and small personal rituals in psychological transformation. These aren’t “add-ons”—they’re practical ways to access parts of you that words alone can miss. What sessions feel like - Unhurried and collaborative - Grounded in curiosity and care - Flexible—sometimes practical and focused, sometimes reflective and deep - Always aimed at helping you understand yourself and live with more choice, meaning, and steadiness
