I’m an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience supporting people through anxiety, low mood, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and the quiet, stubborn patterns that keep us stuck. I trained in Integrative Psychotherapy—bringing together mind, body, and evidence-based methods—and I’m currently deepening my work through Jungian analytic training.
How I work
Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate. We go at a pace that suits you, focusing on what feels most alive and relevant. I tailor the approach to your needs—sometimes practical and focused, sometimes reflective and exploratory—always grounded in safety, curiosity, and respect. I work in both Polish and English.
Areas of special interest
- Anxiety, depression, and stress-related difficulties
- Eating disorders and disordered eating
- Life transitions, identity, and self-esteem
- Grief, illness, and health-related challenges
- Expat/returning-home experiences and belonging
A note for expats and returnees
Having emigrated and then returned to my home country, I understand the dislocation, layered identities, and “in-between” feeling that can come with living across cultures. This perspective informs my work with clients navigating similar paths.
Where we can meet
I offer sessions face-to-face in Gdańsk and online across Europe, making it easier to stay consistent with therapy wherever you are.
Quality and care
I receive regular clinical supervision and keep up with developments in psychotherapy practice, including thoughtful, ethical support for integrating psychedelic experiences when relevant.
