I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Middle East Technical University, Turkey, I pursued a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Bergamo, Italy. I have also received international accreditation as a Schema Therapist from the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST).

In my work, I strive to promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills. This involves helping individuals identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that may have originated in early life. The goal is to reshape these patterns and build more adaptive coping mechanisms, ultimately enhancing overall psychological resilience
